This work is the true sequel to the previous title, "From Meeting the Downer Maid to Becoming Lovers." This series isn't structured as a healing-focused or ASMR-style work, but rather leans strongly toward a voice drama/story format. Because of that, if watching this one sparks your interest in the characters or their relationship, I'd recommend watching the previous work first. Since the previous work ended on a happy-ever-after note, the relationship depicted in this sequel is, in a good way, free of major upheaval. It's a gentle, warm, reassuring story. The fact that we get to enjoy this work in such a form is thanks to the conflict in the previous work and the story of overcoming it, and in that sense I'd say this work truly exists because of its predecessor.
