[12 Hours] ASMR of Rail Works — Complete Pack

Unlike the Chikuon Rail series, this one lets you hear mechanical sounds related to railways. I got to hear cool sounds you don't often hear in everyday life, like the powerful sound of steam and machine maintenance sounds. I also bought Chikuon Rail 2. The characters that appear are similar between the two, but I think they're differentiated well by changing the types of ambient sounds. Umi-chan's voice is so sweet and cute, I love it.

The volume goes without saying — with this one work alone, you probably won't have to worry about sleep ASMR for quite a while. I was happy that many of the tracks included the sound of being rocked by a running train. It really makes you drowsy. The voice actresses' skill is as impressive as ever, with every character feeling lively and vivid. Some tracks make you feel less like you're falling asleep and more like you're on an expedition, but that's just a matter of using them differently depending on the mood. I can't really tell the difference myself so it didn't bother me, but the only downside is that it's mp3 only — if you really want to listen in wav, you'll have to buy the individual tracks separately.

I already owned works from the Mumumu-san series, but since it was prominently featured in a DLsite ad, I bought this one too. The healing section full of nature, the somewhat loud but oddly pleasant sound of the work vehicle, the cast delivering godlike performances — everything comes together perfectly to make a great work. There's so much packed into it that I still haven't managed to listen to it all carefully, but even at this point, I already want to recommend it.
