While taking a walk through the mountains on land that has been in his family for generations, he stops to rest at a run-down shrine he happens upon. There, a fox girl named "Isuzu," who claims to be the shrine's guardian deity, appears before him. She huffs and puffs, scolding him for wandering in without any purpose, but the moment he offers her some snacks he'd brought along, her mood brightens instantly, and she orders him to come back again tomorrow. And so begins a strange relationship with this fox deity.

In the early part, she's pouting and angry, but the moment you give her a snack her mood instantly improves; she acts high and mighty but is a bit careless and not quite thorough about things? I really enjoyed getting to see so many of her cute sides like that. The development where your relationship becomes lovey-dovey, full of mutual spoiling, was great; it was full of a sense of presence, the sound quality was good too, so I got pulled into the story right away, slowly started to doze off, and both my heart and body felt healed and relaxed — it was really great!
