My first impression after listening was, above all, "...I think I just listened to something incredible." As always, thanks to Itachi Yuuto-sensei's skill, the word "tentacles" gets thrown in, and yet it still manages to dodge not just an R-18 rating but even an R-15 one — it's a thoroughly wholesome work... But this time, wow... I mean, of course the previous works were amazing too, but this time the tentacles go, um, right into her mouth. Yes. Uh-huh. You know that internet meme image of a cat with outer space as the background? I felt that exact sensation. "This is supposed to be a wholesome genre, so what exactly am I being made to listen to right now?" This must be one of those "unexplored blue ocean, transcending all existing frameworks" kind of things, right? And then there's this feeling that's hard to put into words — something like surrendering yourself without resistance to someone who holds complete power over your life. It's a truly strange, comforting sensation that this work lets you experience. And since it's an "ocean," of course — the "sea." Yes, this is a work where you're lured into the maternal sea of Lane-chan's motherly love. Her capacity for warmth and acceptance is so overwhelming that before you know it, you've been melted down completely, utterly limp and dissolved. It's not an exaggeration to say the Turquoise series has established the "tentacle ear cleaning" genre, and this is the milestone 5th entry — I can't help but look forward to what comes next...! A collaboration between the Scylla sisters, Lala-chan and Lane-chan, or perhaps even an appearance by the succubus whose name comes up within the story — if it could ever happen, please, please make it so...! The tentacle sounds, the series' biggest defining feature. On paper it sounds like a pretty niche thing, but there's no doubt it's a genre I can recommend widely. Among the entries, this one has a massively increased dose of tentacle content — it's there the entire time, basically. With an unmistakably tangible presence, Scylla's leg-tentacles keep crawling over your ears, your head, your mouth, your shoulders, your whole body. There's no other word for it but bliss. Just try listening to it once, seriously. And on top of that, Lane-chan is just so good in this. With her sisterly warmth she melts you down completely, coddling you at every turn with "you're so cute, so cute," occasionally teasing you a little before soothing you again. Being utterly at the mercy of that dreamy voice, having the reins held the entire time — it's just too much. This work is just too much. If you want to feel utterly overwhelmed, this is it. This is the one.
I especially loved the older sister's works from last time, so I was like "Yes!!" and bought this right away. Things I liked: ・I love the tentacle ear-cleaning part and had been replaying that section over and over, so I'm thrilled there's a huge increase of that this time! ・Honestly, I think the price is way too low for this work — is it really okay to be this generous!? ・The quality of the tentacles is one of a kind... I don't know of any other work that produces such realistic?? sounds. It doesn't seem like it's slime-based or anything like that either — I genuinely have no idea how this was recorded. Maybe the creator's fingers really are the tentacles...? ・This time the voice has a whispery (soft-spoken) quality, so it doesn't seem like there'll be a moment where a crisp, clear voice suddenly jolts you awake right as you're dozing off — which I really like (there were a few times like that in the previous work). ・Compared to the younger sister's works, the older sister feels overall more forceful + pushy in a way, which I like, haha. Like last time, I really love how you catch glimpses of a predator-like side peeking through in her lines here and there... as other reviewers have mentioned, I think this leans a bit toward masochistic preferences. Request: ・Personally, I'm the type who falls asleep more easily without voice, so if possible I'd love to hear a version with just the pure sound and no voice at all — would that be difficult? I imagine it would be, but... please consider it if you can! Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful work this time!
