It uses the "Imagy" element that was used in the circle's previous work — a blend of "Image" and "Energy," hence "Imagy." Thanks to this element, relaxing while picturing images feels really pleasant, and combined with deep breathing, drowsiness creeps up on you before you know it. The slow way of speaking also gently guides you toward sleep. The work is about 50 minutes long, so I think you'll fall asleep before it ends. I dozed off after about 20 minutes. The price is also reasonable, so if you're interested, definitely give it a try.

As if answering the question "what on earth is Imagy?", an explanatory file is included, and it seems to be a technique that fuses "Image" and "Energy." About 20 minutes in, I felt like "somehow I think I can sleep now" and turned off the audio, and I did fall asleep. It should be perfect for those who like a sultry older-sister voice. Personally, I love that, so I was able to relax happily and fall asleep. I've only listened once so far, but it's so effective that I plan to keep listening. If anyone out there has insomnia, I think it's worth trying this out.
