[Pure Love ASMR] My Healing Girlfriend — A Devoted, Laid-back Kouhai Soothes Her ASMR-Obsessed Boyfriend

Since my beloved Yuniko-san has finally made her debut in an audio work, please excuse my first review. The content is about Minori-chan, who is both a junior and a girlfriend, healing you with oil massages and the like. The more sensitive elements are limited to about a kiss, and overall it was a very healing work. It's titled "downer," but she's not a dark, listless, cold-feeling character. Minori-chan speaks in a reserved, calm tone, but you can feel that she has strong feelings inside. She worries when her boyfriend doesn't call, gets jealous of ASMR audio, and is a devoted girl who pours deep love into her boyfriend—her efforts to heal him in various ways are truly admirable and endearing. She's already adorable from her very first line. It's adorable how much she loves her boyfriend. The part where she happily talks about aromatherapy is also cute. The utterly melted voice after the kiss in Track 6 made my heart skip in the best way... I've thought Yuniko-san's acting was skillful before, but her voice quality suits the role too, with no sense of discomfort, and I felt she portrayed the character of Minori-chan and her emotions very charmingly through her tone, breathing, and pacing. In the free talk, she discussed the nuances of the lines, which shows how carefully she performed the role. Track 6 has a scene where she pats your back and a kiss scene, but the patting sound felt a bit too strong—more like hitting a futon—so that was the one thing that bothered me a little. The kiss scene itself is wonderful as a healing element and I love it, but since I'm the type who can't sleep to sensitive sounds like kissing or ear-licking, for people of the same type, Track 6 might be a bit unsuitable if your purpose is strictly falling asleep. It felt like they hadn't been dating for very long in this work, so I'd love to hear a sequel set once they've grown close enough to speak more casually with each other. ...I'm running out of characters lol

The junior girl who is in a pure relationship with the protagonist has been feeling a bit lonely lately because her senpai hasn't been calling her at night. "Could it be he's on the phone with some other girl?" she wonders, suspecting infidelity, so she decides to ask him about it the next day. When she goes to the spot where he always eats lunch, she finds him eating while looking at his phone, and peeking at the screen, she sees an ASMR video playing. Turns out the reason he stopped calling at night was because he'd been falling asleep watching ASMR videos lol So how does the story develop from there as an audio work? It turns out the junior girl says, "Actually, I'm interested in therapy, and I've been studying massage and aromatherapy," and she ends up giving her senpai a massage and a healing aroma therapy session. The aroma oil massage has an ASMR feel to it, but in the track where she explains about the aromas, since it's an audio work you can't actually smell the scents, but it's a healing track to listen to thanks to the junior girl's cute voice and calm way of speaking. And there's one more thing—thinking about what kind of healing is only possible because they're a couple, the junior girl comforts him with a hug. And not just that—from the hug, it flows into their very first kiss! The two of them, who have a pure relationship, take one step forward, but nothing beyond that happens, making it a very innocent, youthful work.

Her voice is very cute, and her reserved, halting way of acting is really nice. But what's really great is that after finding out that her senpai boyfriend has been healing his fatigue with ASMR, she gets jealous about it! And it's also very healing to see her working hard to relieve his fatigue with the oil massage she'd been studying, following on from that. Both her voice and her acting are so gentle that I naturally fell asleep.
