10 Days of Memories: Underwater ASMR

Meetings and partings, death and rebirth. I'm writing this after listening to this work and then reading the accompanying text file as well. While listening, somewhere in my mind I kept thinking things like "Lala will probably be saved after all" or "let's continue this from now on, the end," expecting there to be some kind of salvation for "Lala's life." But there was no such thing—the two truly part ways. Listening to tracks 10 and 11, my eyes welled up with tears. "Ah, this really is a farewell..." And then, what should those left behind do? Surely the best thing is to accept the wishes and feelings of the one who passed on and continue living. The protagonist experiences two major partings, but before each parting there was a meeting, and what he experienced up until then doesn't simply disappear. I thought that perhaps it's the mission of those left behind to always treasure those experiences as memories. I'm not expressing this very well, but I wanted to try to put it into words somehow, so please forgive me. I wanted to listen to it all in one sitting, so I made sure to set aside enough time to listen straight through. The scenario and characters that draw you in—it was just too much... I'm really bad at conveying this, and I'm sorry, but I just wanted as many people as possible to listen to this. Of course, there was also ear cleaning, sleeping together, ear blowing, and heartbeat sounds. All of it was great. And the underwater ASMR had great sound too.

A story of meeting → falling in love → days spent together → and then parting. Apparently I'm surprisingly weak to this kind of story. I expected it might end this way, but even knowing that, it was still heartbreaking. But miracles don't happen easily. That's just how it is— it's called a miracle precisely because it doesn't happen. The fact that Lala said to forget about her seems to show she really did have a heart. And then, the maid android simply shuts down, as expected. Her functions may have stopped, but the feelings remained. The CV was Mikoshiba Izumi-san. The emotionally flat, matter-of-fact way of speaking really suited a maid android, and the voice was easy to listen to.

Ear cleaning, ear blowing, underwater sounds, heartbeat sounds, and a robotic voice—as a 330 yen ASMR work, it was more than satisfying. As for the drama part, it turns out to be a rather rare, bittersweet story where Lala ultimately shuts down—reaching what would be called her lifespan, in human terms. But for the husband, who lost his wife and likely would never have come to love someone new again, and for Lala, who otherwise would have simply waited to break down doing nothing, these 10 days truly seem to have been a kind of "salvation" for both of them. Personally, even if she shuts down, I don't think I could bring myself to dispose of her—I'd want to love her as her own individual person, not as a substitute for the wife. But when I think about Lala's final message, the late wife, and the author who hardened their heart to write this scenario, I can't quite reach an answer as to whether that would be allowed. Also, the illustration of Lala as a sorrowful long-haired maid is very much to my taste.

壊れかけのメイドロボと過ごすお話です。 音声作品としては珍し目の、切ないお話となっています。 「切ない」と言ってしまった通り、最終的には彼女は機能停止してお別れとはなってしまいます。 ですが決してバッドエンド的な雰囲気にはならずに、前向きな雰囲気で終われるようになってくれる後味の良い作りです。 お別れになってしまうことは間違いないので好みは分かれるかもしれませんが、ロボとしての淡々とした喋りや細かいSEなど非常に凝った作りとなっています。なので音声作品のストーリー性を重視している人にはぜひ聞いて欲しい作品です。 少なくてもこの値段で聞いていい出来ではない、もちろん良い意味で。 あとは本筋とはあんま関係ないのでしょうが、冒頭の起動シーケンスがSE含めてとてもワクワクしました。いや、ほんとメインテーマと直接の関係はないんですけど良かったです。

余命幾ばくもないアンドロイドのメイド・ララとの、出会いと別れの10日間を描いた本作品。 事務的な口調が印象的なメイドさんとの、ほんのり甘く切ない日々が詰まっています。 ララは終始落ち着くに落ち着いた口調であり、だからこそ吐息の表現や時折見せる感情の断片が非常にいじらしく、愛おしく思わずにいられないヒロインです。 また、近未来ものとしての世界観が伺える台詞なども非常に雰囲気があり、耳かきや水中、心音といったシチュエーションの臨場感もたっぷりでした! 聴き手となる旦那様には、ララに亡き妻を重ねて新たな主となったという設定があります。 その上で描かれるララとの距離感には特別ながらもどこかに一線引かれたものがあり、切なくもどこかドライで、それでもそこには確かな愛情があるような・・・そんな一言で言い表せない独特のヒロイン感がありました。 そんな彼女が最後に導き出した結論は、ララだからこそ、この物語だからこその結論だったと思います。 また巡り会いたいという想いが叶って欲しいと、そう祈りを捧げずにいられない素敵な作品でした。

※完全にネタバレなので注意※ afterトラックがどうしても切ないです。 これを聞いた旦那さまは号泣しているのだろう、、 せめてもっとはやく思いが通じていたら…!!と思ってしまいます。 今作のシチュエーションは一風変わったメイド+アンドロイドモノですが、癒されます。切ないけれども。 しかし、きっとこれはメリーなハッピーエンドなので実質ハッピーエンドですよね?(暴論) ASMR面でも良質な音でおまけの波音と海中音が素晴らしく(本編にもあります)相変わらずクオリティ高いなぁと思いました。

余命短いアンドロイドと過ごす音声作品。 耳かきの他に日常のシチュエーションがあって、更に寿命が近いことが語られる物語もあるので、癒し音声とボイスドラマ両方が楽しめる。 アンドロイドらしく感情の起伏に乏しいが、全く感情が無いわけでもなく、どのような心境なのかを考えながら聴くとより楽しめるかもしれない。 あと、主人公(=聴き手)が既婚者(寡夫)なのに、メイド服のコレクションとかどういう生活だったのか少し気になった。 定価300円(税込330円)で再生時間が2時間半近くある良コスパ。 特に最近は全年齢でも音声作品の価格が上がってきている(もちろんクオリティが高かったり、超有名な声優さんを起用していたりしてただ高いだけでは無い作品も多くなったけれど)中で、この価格でこの再生時間、更にそれなりのクオリティを持つ作品は貴重になりつつあると言える。 そういう意味でも今後も頑張ってほしいサークルさんの1つ。
