Iyaden! 2's finale is a journey crossing the Eurasian continent, traveling from Russia through Mongolia to reach China. The conductor is Alice, voiced by Emiri Kato. The bustle of the station at the beginning and the resounding departure sound seem to build up the feeling that a journey is about to begin. After departure, once you've relaxed listening to the sound of the train running, it's time for the familiar ear-cleaning segment. The difference in sound between cleaning the outer and inner ear is clearly distinguishable, which makes a great impression. There's quite a lot of ear-blowing too, with the rhythm changing as she blows, and listening to it genuinely starts to feel really good. Perhaps the only drawback is that when listening at bedtime, you end up falling asleep before reaching the end. I'd love for this series to make a comeback after some time.
I haven't been sleeping well lately, so when I asked a friend if there was any good way to sleep better, they recommended this Iyaden! series to me. When I first heard about it, I wondered if listening to something while falling asleep could really be calming. But when I actually tried listening, it was more soothing than I expected, and I was able to sleep really well. Also, just listening to it normally gave me a very pleasant feeling, and I've become completely hooked on ASMR. I'm really glad I bought this.
It's just relentlessly cute. If I had to sum up the impression of Emiri Kato's voice quality in one phrase, that would be it. Among those of you reading reviews while considering a purchase because you're drawn to the voice actress, some might think Alisa, who gives a cool beauty first impression, is an unusual role for her. To cut to the conclusion, she was incredibly cute. Beneath the coolness that hides the fact that she's actually shy, you can feel that she's genuinely enjoying the journey from the bottom of her heart—truly adorable. I'm always astonished by CANDY VOICE's casting choices. With this personality in mind, I personally really loved the scene during the ear-cleaning part where she's gently teased. If you're a fan of Emiri Kato, this is a work you can recommend without hesitation!
