This is a new release in Dieblust's Cure series! It stars Narumi Osaka, and it's an all-ages work. This one has an interesting concept again. The situation is getting nail care at a men's nail salon. What surprised me most was the nail clipping. It's reproduced with incredible fidelity. True to the setting where the nails have been softened beforehand, the nail-clipping sound has a slightly low pitch. Other sounds, like nail filing, are also pleasant and make you sleepy. When it's this realistic, you start wondering things like "did they actually record this at a real salon?" And above all, even the sound effects alone are soothing, but adding Narumi Osaka's gentle voice on top creates a synergistic healing effect. Her relaxed acting draws you in, and the drowsiness keeps creeping up on you more and more. Normally, nail care feels like something men have no connection to, but listening to this work, it's strange how it makes you think going to get your nails done wouldn't be so bad after all.
It might not be anything special for women, but for men, [nail care] falls into a pretty niche category. This work, Cure Nail, takes that as its theme. I decided to buy it instantly because Narumi Osaka was starring and it was at a limited-time price, and honestly I wondered how you'd even market this to a general audience, but Narumi Osaka's voice has an incredible healing effect, and the sounds of having your nails fussed over turned out to be surprisingly soothing too, so I think this is a work anyone seeking some healing could enjoy.
This is a work where you get healed through various things centered on your hands, like having your nails filed and clipped. Ear cleaning works are overwhelmingly more common, so I bought this drawn in by its novelty, and it turned out really good. The one thing that bothered me a bit was that the sound was quiet. There were several parts I couldn't hear well, and while I understand it's a difficult thing to fix, I wish it had been a bit louder.
