Perfect for listeners who love being playfully scolded by a possessive, sadistic-yet-caring mistress before melting into gentle ear care and sleep.
Set in the Romance Club of St. Yurihime Academy, a teasing and possessive mistress suspects her maid of being unfaithful and decides to punish her—before lovingly soothing her with ear cleaning and tender affection. The strict scolding gradually melts into gentle intimacy, ending with the two falling asleep together.
"Because I trust you... there's just one thing I want you to tell me." "The other day, you were alone with that girl in that classroom. I wonder, just what were you doing?" "No. Fufu. That's right, this is punishment for trying to keep secrets from your mistress." "Yes, I can't forgive anyone who'd try to seduce my adorable maid." "Very well, then I'll overwrite that memory myself." "Aren't you honored to have your mistress clean your ears herself? ...or something like that." "...Fufu. Here's your reward. The ear-blowing you love so much." "Mm-mm. No. Surely you're not a naughty one who'd say 'no,' are you?" "I love you. My adorable little servant."
A sadistic mistress who dotes on and teases "you," her servant. Under the guise of punishing you for keeping secrets, she cleans and blows into your ears while whispering deeply affectionate, possessive words.

This was a deeply satisfying piece where you can fully savor gentle scolding and comforting words from a master who loves both his maid and his friend! Especially recommended for those who like cool master-servant dynamics, those who enjoy a bit of yuri with a hint of jealousy mixed in, and those who like a structure where the heart's feelings are revealed through monologue! Also, when combined with the 28-day limited track and the previous work in the same series, "Shinonome: Akina's Case," you can enjoy the story even more. If this work resonated with you, please check that one out too. I'm also hoping that someday a sequel will come out featuring both Emi and Akina together...!
This is a voice work with a main runtime of just over an hour, where the heroine (Emi), the student council president, does things like ear cleaning for you. The voice actress is Eri Yukimura. Her voice was a bit calmer than the cover art image suggested, but that worked well in its own way. As is true of other works in this series (St. Yurihime Academy), it's rare for a voice work aimed at a male audience to have a setting where the listener (=protagonist) is a maid. The content centers on an ear-cleaning scenario that's a classic setup, and I was able to enjoy both the ASMR elements and the voice drama elements.
First of all, Yukimura-san's voice is wonderful. There's no doubt about that. Tracks 1 through 4 kept mentioning the names of various other characters, which, looking back, was clearly foreshadowing for what was to come. And then, starting from track 5, things suddenly took on an unsettling feel. Well, I let my guard down thinking it was an all-ages ear-cleaning ASMR work, but... From the protagonist's perspective, it's just straight up a bad end. + On top of that, it gets steered into a convenient development (relationship) afterward. I genuinely don't understand why they made this the storyline. I listen to these works to heal from daily fatigue, but I was left with an unrewarded, unresolved ending, and finished listening feeling genuinely unsettled. Since Yukimura-san's ASMR (ear-cleaning works) are still precious and rare, I think I'll make a playlist up through track 4 and just listen to that from now on.
This work is the latter part. I recommend listening to it after the previous work, the "Pure-hearted Gal" chapter. In terms of the story—or rather the relationships between the characters—the protagonist (the listener) is a maid harboring romantic feelings for the young lady who appears in this work. On top of that, in the previous work it was revealed that the pure-hearted gal also likes the young lady in the same way, and the two of them landed on a clean, no-hard-feelings note of "let's both do our best as rivals!" In this work, we finally get to hear the young lady's answer, which was only referenced in the previous work... I'm a weak otaku. Precisely because Eri Yukimura's acting and the sound of the ear cleaning are so good, the bitterness of the story hits straight on, and it's really painful.
